Our restaurant concepts, catering & private dining experiences, and wholesale operations allows us to operate a Workforce Development Program for non-college bound youth from our city’s most impoverished neighborhoods, lead a Hospitality Incubator Program at the CITY GRIT, provide consistent work for members of the homeless community striving to move into permanent housing, support the summer feeding programs in our community, and offer affordable wages, leadership development, and upward mobility for all of our employees.
